Yes, we are insured and bonded for your protection and for the protection of your home and pet. We are also certified by the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters.
We will come to your home to meet you and your pets. At that time, we will answer your questions and gather information about your pets and home. We’ll spend time letting your pets get to know us. Then, when we return for pet sitting visits, your pet sitter will already be a friend. You will need to provide us with proof of up to date vaccinations on your pets at this visit.
For overnight visits, cancellations made within 1 week prior to the first scheduled visit, will be charged 50% of the total bill , cancellations made with less than 2 days notice will be charged 100%. There will be no charge for cancellations made with adequate notice, in the case of an emergency or if I'm able to fill those dates.
A 50% deposit is due at the Meet & Greet; the remaining balance is due by the first day of the scheduled daily visits or overnight stays. Payment may be made in cash; by personal check; or by credit/debit card online. Clients who are scheduled for daily visits on a weekly or monthly basis have the option of paying the remaining balance at the end of the week or month. Payments will be accepted via PocketSuite.
If your pet has any history of aggression, or if you have any reason to believe that your pet may bite, snap, or show other signs of aggression, we are unable to care for that pet.
You will need to provide us with your keys at the time of the meet and greet. If keys are not provided at this time, there will be a $10 trip charge for a late pick up
